Does ESA acquire any rights over the non-proprietary information provided during the incubation at ESA BIC Andalusia?

Yes, ESA has the right to use non-Proprietary Information included in the deliverables under the Contract, for communication, dissemination and publicity purposes, on a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable licence under some conditions.
